There are so many languages that you will not be able to keep all in your hand if you will totally dependent on college you have to practice all your own. And for IT is same as CS nearly in all colleges.

Yes, it is good. CCNA RHCA are the good Certification you can go for. There are various Institute offering training for preparation of such certification. IOT is an awesome tech to be the most popular job in coming years. Moreover, the demand for ethical hackers will never decrease. And python it is the one of the most in demand programming language and the most loved programming language in today's world among developers. All the best. The technologies you listed are very good. Yes, you definitely you can. There is a huge demand of Ethical Hackers and Cyber security personnel. This field will always be there due to the increasing amount of data and servers. The risk of getting hacked is always a big concern. Moreover due to the digitalisation of the technology the risk will always prevail. Hence the demand for a person like you won't decrease rather will increase always.
