Yes, you can give CUET exam even if you haven't Psychology in 12th.

CUET allow every student to give exam of any background to apply for undergraduate course by checking eligibility criteria of the university which you are targeting .Many university do not need Psychology in 12th but there are some mandatoy subjects like english, biology and aptitude.

No, Fergusson College doesn't offer a B.A. in criminal psychology, but it offers a B.A. in psychology, which is a 3-year course.  Admission to the course is not based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed Class 12 in a relevant stream from a reputed board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

If you are well settled in your career, then you shouldn't change because studying psychology ll require a lot of time and patience, and developing a career in psychology also requires time. 

 I understand, you are interested in psychology, then you can do 6-month to 1-year courses from a distance offered by IGNOU and Jamiya Miliya Islamiya College, Delhi.

If you want to pursue both together then you should go for major - minor program. In this you can do major in Data Science and minor in Psychology.

Or you can pursue Psycology and for Data Science you can join any online course with certificate or vice versa.

The Cutoff at Mount Carmel College for B.A course were 80 percent for direct admission. You can also apply via CUET UG Score Card their cutoff was around 350 marks out of 500 .
