No, having Science in your Class 12 is not mandatory to sit in a Psychology entrance exam. Though it also depends on the course you're choosing. For example, if you want to opt for a Clinical Psychology course like a BSc in Clinical Psychology, the eligibility would change, and you would need to have Biology in Class 12.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Psychology (Hons) at SRM University is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with English Physics Chemistry Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology Percentage and scored a minimum mentioned aggregate of marks in PCB are eligible.
