Lady Sri Ram College, Janki Devi Memorial College, and Indraprastha College For Women are the top 3 colleges in Delhi for BA in Psychology if you want women's college. If you want coed college, then Keshav Mahavidalaya is a good college. Talking about my experience, I'm in Janki Devi Memorial College and it's a great college. You get good exposure and very friendly environment here. I'm not very satisfied with the faculty because they're eliminating all the good professors slowly. Also, the schedule will be hectic because psychology students have both theory and practical periods for all subjects. But overall it's a great experie

Yes, you can give CUET exam even if you haven't Psychology in 12th.
CUET allow every student to give exam of any background to apply for undergraduate course by checking eligibility criteria of the university which you are targeting .Many university do not need Psychology in 12th but there are some mandatoy subjects like english, biology and aptitude.

No, Fergusson College doesn't offer a B.A. in criminal psychology, but it offers a B.A. in psychology, which is a 3-year course. Admission to the course is not based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam.
