No, there are no known colleges that provide the both programmes as an integrated course, one usually completes the Masters and then chooses a prominent institute to finish their Ph.D. The same college may offer both these programs.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission here for MA in psychology. However, as your percentage is less you will get admission after the 2nd and 3rd list.

Yes, you can change your subject from Science to Arts for under graduate course. You will get admission as well. But it is very important to choose the right subject and does that subject has a scope in making up a career. Research on this before you choose the subject.

BA in Psychology is an undergraduate level Bachelor's Degree program. Students who have passed 12th standard (any stream) are eligible to pursue this course. In simple terms, Psychology is the science of behavior and mind. This domain has decent scope and potential in India and abroad.

No doubt, IITs are the top government funded institutes of India. NITs follow IITs and are next best in Engineering. So, if you are targeting top-10 institute than you must target these institutes. You need to sit for JEE-Mains and score good to have a chance for NITs. For IITs you need to first qualify JEE-Mains and then JEE Advanced. Only way to excel in JEE is continuous effort in learning the topics (PCM) of 11th and 12th. Try to solve questions with proper logic. Take as many tests as possible. Determined effort towards preparation will definitely help you to get into top institute. Best of Luck.
