See below the dimensions and specifications related to photograph for IBPS RRB application:
- Upload recent passport style colour picture
- Make sure that picture is in colour taken against light coloured preferably white background
- Look straight at camera with relaxed face
- If picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
- If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"
- If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen

For scanning documents for IBPS RRB application form set scanner resolution to minimum of 200 dpi, Set Colour to True Colour, Crop image in scanner to edge of photograph/signature/ left thumb impression / hand written declaration, then use upload editor to crop image to final size. The image file should be JPG or JPEG format.

The steps to upload the scanned photograph and signature while filling IBPS RRB application form are given below:
- While filling in the IBPS RRB application form the candidate is provided with separate links for uploading photograph, signature, left thumb impression and hand written declaration and certificate
- Click on the respective link “Upload photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression/ hand written declaration/ certificate"
- Browse and select the location where the Scanned photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression / hand written declaration/ certificate file has been saved

IBPS RRB eligibility criteria is prescribed by the examination authority separately for different posts. The basic educational qualification for IBPS RRB exam is graduation. However, the educational qualification vary post-wise. The post-wise age limit for IBPS RRB exam is given below:
For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years-Below 40 years i.e. candidatesshould not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)

IBPS RRB 2023 application form was released on June 1. Earlier, the last date to fill the application form was June 21. However, the application deadline was extended to June 28. Interested candidates were required to fill the application form online. The application fee was INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. Candidates were not required to send the hard copy of their application forms. IBPS RRB application form was released to fill up a total of 8860 vacancies.
