The university mainly admits students based on academic and English language requirements. The university mandates the completion of the application form by submitting all the necessary documents as required by the programs candidates apply for. Generally, students need to submit academic transcripts along with English language score cards and additional documents like LOs, SOP, CV or resume, or any other specified requirements.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic starts processing applications within 48 hours upon the completeness of the applications. Generally, the application decisions are made within 15 days of submission of the application, but this depends on the completeness of the application. Yes, the Saskatchewan Polytechnic takes the interview round for admission purposes. The interviews are conducted at the SIAST based on an invitation only, after a complete review of the online application form is received. Students who are selected in as per their application submitted online are asked for an interview through the mail to make a financial decision.
The interviews conducted are only based on the general details to evaluate and understand the goal of the student to choose the course and their understanding of the course for the future.
