CBIT and Vasavi College of engineering are the pretty good colleges for CSE but Vasavi College of engineering is better for CSE engineering.
Pros of Vasavi College of Engineering over CBIT:
1. You will be under good as well as strict inspection by faculty in the first year. But, you won't get much time for playtime and extra-curricular activities in the first year.

West Bengal appears to be the only state not insisting on domicile certificate for taking WBJEE. The official announcement has been made and full information is available on its website. However for benefit of students I will state few important facts.The WBJEE will be conducted n 22 Apr 2018. It will be in Pen and Paper mode only. There will be two papers. One for maths and other for Chemistry + Physics. Both papers will be two hours duration. Any citizen of India can appear. He/she should be of minimum age of 17 years. There is no upper limit. It's a nice query to ask. Almost students who want to pursue engineering are faced with this issue. But I would advise you not to worry. What needs to be done, one has to simply do it. Having said this, I want to allay your fears. If you are preparing for JEE then you need not prepare separately for WBJEE. Having said this, it does not mean that you can just relax.
