Zeal College of Engineering and Research is run by the Zeal Education Society established in 1996. Birla Institute of Technology and Science conducts BITSAT to admit students in various undergraduate courses. BITSAT is a computer based entrance test so you can see your marks immediately after the final submission of the answers. You need to score high because BITs Pilani does not entertain any kind of reservation. Cut-off of BITSAT generally go higher. Frankly speaking, BITSAT cannot be cracked in just one month without any prior knowledge. So if you have prepared for JEE or any other reputed entrance test then there might be a chance.
For the best results, you should follow these points:
1.Stick with basics because BITSAT checks your concept.
2.Prefer NCERT book for chemistry.You may prefer the modern approach to chemical calculations by RC Mukherjee for physical chemistry.
3.Solve HC Verma both volume (Only important topics).
4 Practice mock papers daily. If possible then you can join an online test series. This may help you to sit in front of a computer continuously for three hours.
5.Mugg up all the mathematical formulas and reactions as quickly as possible.

But while comparing reputed institutes you can use it as one of the criteria.
Mainly, see if the institutions are well reputed, check with reliable sources. If possible, talk with students currently studying there cause they know the best about the institution.
And you should consider many factors while taking admission other than placements.
So do proper research, read reviews on reliable sites and try to get as much as information as possible.

This is a dilemma many students face while selecting a college.
So let's take a look at the available options.
To be honest, I would say go for top private universities over lower-ranking NITs. But how low the rank can be.
I would suggest NITs as around 5th or 6th rank can be considered safe over the private universities.
But below this rank give preference to private universities.
Consider one more practical options. I would suggest after top 5 NITs, go for top government colleges in your state. This college would generally be better than private universities.
For example, in Maharashtra, you can go for College of Engineering, Pune or VJTI over private universities like VIT, SASTRA.
On a different note, I don't see BITS as some random private university, go for BITS-Pilani if you are not getting top 3 NITs (you can take BITS even if you are getting top NITs just saying).
So, consider your options properly before making a decision.
