West Bengal appears to be the only state not insisting on domicile certificate for taking WBJEE. The official announcement has been made and full information is available on its website. However for benefit of students I will state few important facts.The WBJEE will be conducted n 22 Apr 2018. It will be in Pen and Paper mode only. There will be two papers. One for maths and other for Chemistry + Physics. Both papers will be two hours duration. Any citizen of India can appear. He/she should be of minimum age of 17 years. There is no upper limit. Exam will be conducted in 44 cities spread across West Bengal, Assam and Tripura. If

It's a nice query to ask. Almost students who want to pursue engineering are faced with this issue. But I would advise you not to worry. What needs to be done, one has to simply do it. Having said this, I want to allay your fears. If you are preparing for JEE then you need not prepare separately for WBJEE. Having said this, it does not mean that you can just relax. There are still some things that you must do to score good marks in WBJEE.WB Government has already issued notification for exam that is to be conducted on 22 April 2018. The college provides for an average placement package of around 3.5 lacs and that too in IT corporate companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture or actually mass recruiters which tells about the state of placement in the college.
The total batch placement percentage is around 70% and almost no core placement is seen in the college. Hence, the placements in the college are not at all satisfac

Computer Science Engineering is the best engineering Branch of today in terms of education and Placements.
MIT is good Institute which provides quality education especially to CSE students.
The placements at MIT, Manipal of Computer Science Engineering is really very good. The placement ratio is almost 95% placement. Many multinational IT companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc. visit every year and take students from here.
The average package is around 12 lakhs per annum.

The college is known for its extremely well-reputed faculty and excellence.
If you are expecting good placements in the college then you will be in for a great out of disappointment, as the college fails to provide with the same. The total batch placement package is around 70% where most of the students get placed in corporate IT firms, which would pay you nothing more than 4 lacs in an average.

Although if core company placements are what you are looking for then it is not the right place for you, as most numbers of offers are made by corporate IT companies while the number of core company placements in the college is only around 10%. So, most of the students end up taking IT corporate jobs, giving up packages of nothing more than 4 lacs.
