As the course of JEE and MHT-CET is same except few topics mentioned in the Maharashtra board textbooks. So, one need not go for separate MHT-CET coachings other than JEE.
Also, it is better to clear Advanced than MHT-CET. So, get through the whole syllabus of Advanced. It will help you to get the desired place in MHT-CET.

What one needs to know is the common aspects from the point of view of both the exams.
Most of the time, students make mistakes and study the same topic thrice from Mains perspective followed by Advanced and boards exams.

If placement is the parameter for judging the college, it is poor.
Some of the companies that show up during the placement drive for recruiting computer engineers in the college are:
Siemens. Tata Technologies, ICFAI University, BASF, Patni Computers, Bharat Forge Limited and Nihilent Technologies.
The college provides an average placement package of around 2.5 LPA which was seen in the year 2016 for Computer Science Students. Hence I would advise you not to take admission in this college

This is dependent on two factors:
Firstly, it is dependent on the fact that how active is the placement and training cell of the college and how much effort it puts to attract companies like MNCs.
