The difference between a VFX artist and graphics is, that a visual-effect artist can create special effects and animations. VFX artist can do the mixing up of false and animated images with real film shooting. The main task of a VFX artist is to exaggerate real film shots.
But, a graphic artists can create visual concepts, and not effects using software. They also create layouts, logos and product design for magazines, brochures and commercials. The graphics artist work with both, images and text. They produce all the props that contain graphic items e.g. books, maps, menus, credit card, visiting cards, newspapers etc.

Assembly Language is most important, but rudimentary basic language was developed to programme microprocessors. It made it's presence felt long back in 1949. Though, newer versions have been released, it remains widely used even today and as a result, opportunities for employment for trained professionals is never ending one.It is actually not one, but collection of different languages and one must study all of these to have high probability to get a job. There is another aspect also that we should look into. What would be prospects in future? Of course, nobody can say anything with certainty. But, one can surely make educated guess. Over a period of next 5 or 10 years, it is seen that potential for employment is going to remain same or enhanced scale. To conclude, I would say that job prospects in India for Assembly Language is going to remain on high level at least for foreseeable future.

These days government at all levels are trying to reduce manpower. This is because, the expenses on salary are nearing 50%. Whereas, as per norms, it should not go beyond 35%. So, how does government function, it is functioning nowadays, by simply outsourcing many activities that it did earlier. This avoid expenses on permanent staff of the government. In addition, people are happy as they are getting the services efficiently.
In such scenario, it is useless to wait for government job. However, some recruitment will definitely occur. But, it is going to be on a lesser scale than in earlier years.
This does not mean that jobs have shrunk. There have just shifted from government domain to private domain. Of course, being in private domain means the candidates need to be on their toes always.
