Aptech Aviation and Hospitality commenced its journey into field of training way back in 1986 by starting training in the current subject of IT. It has evolved since then into a big conglomerate with its own establishments in about four to five locations and franchisee network in almost every big city of India. Being private enterprise, they quickly move into sunrise sectors for training of future employees. In aviation sector too, they have training modules for cabin crew, ground handling, etc. On the other hand, NIMS University is a regular private university formed under the relevant laws of Rajasthan government and if course recognised by UGC. To conclude, I would say that for job in aviation sector after 10+2 stage, Aptech is the place whereas for a formal education it's NIMS University.

Yes - If you are the guy who is making his living by clicking "Next" in OS or Software installation.
No - If you are the guy who is making his living by solving real problems (like how to script above actions and make sure they work perfectly in 99.9% of time)
Apart from this, I have a separate view that is 'No'. In fact, cloud computing is creating more jobs. Traditional enterprise IT is moving away from soiled infrastructure with admins managing each of those silos (network, storage and servers) to admins managing software defined data centers (SDDCs) with (hopefully) a single pane of management. The single pane is yet to be realized, but if you are a soiled admin, I suggest you gain expertise in managing the SDDCs holistically.
Quick edit: I guess the old soiled admin jobs are slowly going away, but new ones are being created, where bigger skill set is required.

According to me, first we have to go through the field experience after doing 2D/3D animation, because after some experience you will get to know that how industry works and what do we want to do.If you want to be a hard core animator then you can work on your own show-reel and portfolio, give some time to yourself, plan your things according to your experience you get from field. If you want to start your own work, take some years of experience of field and make contacts as many as you can and start taking works from other, try to convince your clients for new things and make a proper list of your works with perfect charges according to its detailing and demand in market.
Or else if you are thinking for further courses related to the field or something additional then you can do it after the experience of field properly. You will get an open door after this.
So, try to do job and take experience to understand your next step.

For a Java developer, having a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming is a must.
Master the core APIs- It doesn't matter how strong you are in terms of theoretical knowledge if you don't know the language constructs and core APIs.
Keep coding- Things look simpler when talking about them theoretically. We can give a solution to a problem very easy in theory. But we can realize the depth of the problem when we start implementing our approach. You will come to know the language limitations, or design best practices while coding. So keep coding.
Subscribe to forums -When starting to work on a new technology the best and first thing to do is subscribe to the relevant technology forums. Whatever the issue you are facing, someone else in the world might have already faced it earlier and might have found the solution. And it would be really really great if you can answer the questions asked by other forum users.
Read open source frameworks source code- A good developer will learn how to use a framework. But if you want to be an outstanding developer you should study the source code of various successful, popular frameworks where you can see the internal working mechanism of the framework and lot of best practices. It will help a lot in using the frameworks in a very effective way.
Know the technology trends- In the open source software development technology trends keep on changing.
Know different development methodologies- Nowadays choosing the development methodology depends on the client. Some clients prefer Agile and some clients are happy with waterfall model. So having an idea of various methodologies would be great.
J2EE would be a better choice as its an extended version. So, definitely opt for that.
