LAW CET is the entrance exam conducted for admission to almost 35 different law colleges of Andhra Pradesh. The same exam, same name, same date, etc. but with different syllabus is conducted for five year and three year law courses. The syllabus is equivalent to 12th for five year and equivalent to graduation for three years degree course.
The total maximum marks are 120 with no negative marking. So, the students must attempt all questions in allotted 90 minutes. There are no percentile required to be calculated but general category candidates must score minimum of 42 marks in this examination. Though this condition is waved off for SC and ST candidates.
To conclude this examination, result and merit list is calculated simply on marks scored and as such no percentile calculations are involved.

Every year the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducts an All India entrance examination for admission to Bachelor of Arts (BA) programmes offered by the university. Entrance exam has been divided into five sections namely General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, General Mental Ability, General English and Social Science, each divided into number of individual chapters.
