You won't get a seat in university based on your rank, as three seats are filled by top 50 rankers. Yours rank decent enough to get good colleges with your rank:
So there are some colleges where you can get seat:
1. AU College Of Engineering
2. Sri Chundi Ranganayakulu Engineering College
3. JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur
4. Sri Venkateshwara University, College Of Engineering
5. Gayathri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering
6. Bonam Venkata chalmaiah institute of technology
7. Sanketika Vidya Parishad College of Engineering
8. VR Siddhartha Engineering College
9. RVR and JC College Of Engineering.

Fill the online application form with all the necessary information (www.ntruhs.ap.nic.in).
Pay the application/registration fee through online mode.
After successfully completing the application process, a registration no. will be generated.
Keep the registration number for future references and submit the application online.
Yes, you may join the college directly without taking any entrance exam.
