Yes, you have a chance of getting a seat in AU with your rank. As your rank is quite good enough to get a seat in AU.

You won't get a seat in AU with your rank because your rank is not enough to get seat in the AU. So choose another college or give one more attempt.

No, you are not eligible for Post-Graduation from SJB Institute of Management for MBA in HR as the minimum eligibility criteria says that the student needs to be a passed candidate with minimum aggregate marks of 50% in graduation.
