JoSAA Mock Allotment:
Before the final JoSAA seat allotment results are announced, the authority will conduct two rounds of mock allotment. Mock allotment will give candidates an idea about their chances of getting through the college of their choices on the basis of their JEE Main/ JEE Advanced ranks. Candidates will be given a chance to modify their preference if in case they are not satisfied with the mock allotment results.

You can get a seat only if you have scored the rank which is eligible for the college rank.

Cut-off can be checked at the link provided above. The link is of B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering. The rank will provide you with the eligibility criteria of the course. Also, the subjects you need to apply for the course.

It is not a problem, it's showing result according to first round of JoSAA and I think you haven't changed much in preference.
