There are absolutely no chances for you to get free seat in any of the top colleges. You should go for only paid seats in the colleges you are eligible.

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as there are only 559 seats in all of the NITs. And those who get more than 99.3 percentile can only get admission in NITs.
And even the minimum eligibility in any of the NIT is getting minimum 75% in 12th.
