Through that, you would get the experience and working pattern of NGO sector. What skills do you require apart from your previous education qualification?

Demand for social workers is on the high side, the competition is immense but there is a good growth in this sector particularly in Canada where community services are given a lot of priority.

After MSW, you can pursue professional course in labour laws or industrial relations and industrial disputes which can give you better career opportunities and also good salary packages. After pursuing these courses you professional knowledge and skills will improve.

Many colleges & university are offering this courses and the eligibility criteria for this course is just a graduation degree. No entrance test is required in maximum cases.
