Hello Anil,
The Motto this days is skill, reskill and better skill. What this means is that everybody must keep on improving his/her skills throughout the lifetime. As the times change, different skills are required to be understood, assimilated and utilised. I am sure if you take up some software course definitely your employbility in the market will increase and you will get a better salary package. However a word of caution. I would advise you to take such courses which are in line with your work area and which will enable value addition to what you are doing presently. Yes, you can do. After passing 10th, you are eligible for Diploma in computer science and engineering (three years regular course). Further, you can do the B.Tech-CSE after completion of this course through lateral entry admission in various reputed colleges.

You have already done your BE long time back and then perhaps you are working in BPO for almost 10 years. Right? After this you now desire to enter the IT field. Okay. Just remember anything in the world is possible if you work hard towards achieving it wholeheartedly.
