Hello Abhishek,
All these three universities are the top colleges for CSE. But in terms of rankings, VIT University tops the list. While SRM University ranks second and Manipal Institute of Technology is at the third.
So my preference order would be :
1) VIT University, Vellore
2) SRM University main campus
3) Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.
You may refer the links below for the complete list of placements :

The answer is no. You cannot get into SRM through TNEA.
Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) to offer admissions to candidates in various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNEA counselling is a single window process and admissions in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges are offered through such a process because authorities believe that such an initiative facilitates transparency.
Here is the list of colleges that accept TNEA scores: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/articles/tnea-2014-list-of-tamil-nadu-engineering-colleges-blogId-8105

There is no counseling fee for SRM, but while coming for counseling you need to bring a check for INR 1 lacs and if you back out after that, then you'll get 90,000 back. But, if you join then you just need to pay the remaining fee and no separate fee will be charged for counseling.

The main campus which is located in Kancheepuram is the best for all the streams provided, because it has the best facilities provided. Also, the number of students from different parts of the country as well as world are much more than any other campus. A lot of co-curricular activities also takes place so you get a good exposure and ample amount of opportunities to take part and do things other than studies. The faculty and the equipment are also a lot better than in any other campus so the main campus is the best option for any stream. Though you will miss out on city life as the city is more than 1hr journey but you'll get a good c
