I cannot say about SRM but PES is mainly known for it's CSE branch. If you want to join PES especially for Civil then I would not suggest you to do so.

It is unfortunate to hear that you were not able to appear for SRMJEEE 2017, because of health reasons. But, you are always welcome at SRM University Delhi NCR Sonepat, Haryana for admissions based on your class 12th Score card. The minimum eligibility for seeking admissions at SRM University Delhi NCR Sonepat Haryana is 50% marks in PCM in class 12th score card.

I doubt it, but you can call the office and enquire about it. May be through management quota you can get a seat.

Chandigarh University is better option to pursue B.Tech. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, around 400 companies visited the campus this year.
