Hi Piyush,
I understand your condition but I would recommend you to follow your heart and interest whether it's web development or government sector as you will only be able to earn well if you have an interest in that area and just for your information, clearing SSC or bank exam is also not easy these days as there is a huge competition and it will also take time.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) an organization under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries, Departments and Subordinate Offices. SSCs much awaited CGL notification 2017 will be released soon.
