Two months can be enough for ACT preparation if you study every day little bit. But some students take longer if their basics are weak. This will vary on the individual skills also.

Start with a diagnostic test to see your level. Find your weak spots. Use a study guide to learn grammar rules and math formulas. Practice under timed conditions always. If you don't time yourself, you wont improve. Review every mistake you make. Consistency is the secret.

The ease of getting a SAT scholarship for studying abroad can be very subjective because it varies country to country, university to university and even based on the applicant's academic profiles. Thus, if the university you are applying to offers a scholarship based on SAT, it will also look at your previous academic year's performance and your capabilities to do justice with your education abroad with the scholarship.
