Yes you're. You should score good marks in the entrance exams which ever you take, and give them a good impression about you. And also the way you write your application letter matters. Considering all these few universities might accept it few may not. But you need to have good scores in the entrances exams which you take.

Normally, they don't look into it unless your University is exceptionally good. They mainly look for your performance in academics, your SOP etc. Also, if you want to be sure about it, try emailing the University directly.
All the best.

Dear Sairaj,
As per MCI rules, 50% in PCB 12th board exams for open category and 45% for reserved category are pre requisites to apply for MBBS in India or abroad. So according to this you are eligible. Along with this from this year it is mandatory to have qualifying score in NEET 2019 to apply for MBBS abroad. If you have both the above criteria then you can study MBBS in Russia or any other country. Admissions are open.
All the best!

Dear Sudip,
In countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand you cant get admission to UG medical programme after 12 years of education. You need to complete a pre. You can do your graduation in Europe or any other country in Asia and simultaneously prepare for USMLE or PLAB. If you successfully clear various stages of USMLE or PLAB you can get opportunity to do your PG in USA or UK directly after completing your MBBS. This route is better and followed by many students.

It depends on college to college. Most of the good colleges will not accept you because they want students who have very good academic scores. What you could do is make your SOP (Statement of Purpose) very good that it impresses the Canadian colleges, and then there's a chance for your admission.

Actually, that depends on the University and the course. According to be University and case that you are choosing if it meets their eligibility criteria then you can get the offer letter. Also, your previous academic records also play an important role. Regarding the work permit it is something that comes after your education in Canada.
