It is difficult to answer since this depends on the university. There are so many in Australia. Your backlog is too much, I doubt if a top university like the University of Melbourne will happily accept. Keeping aside the backlogs, see that you meet the admission requirements, have the minimum academic percentage, required IELTS and so on. Apply accordingly. The entry requirements are naturally different from the universities so you have to visit the websites and start preparing accordingly.

The eligibility is same as for DASA students. SAT is a requirement. You can check these on the official websites. I found this link for you, please check it along with your parents and try to understand what you have to do:

Though both these colleges are good I will strongly go for the one with co-op option. Being an international student, it's very important that you gain some experience while studying, this will increase your job prospects there and you can also show some international learning experience on your resume. Co-op is an essential factor in the learning environment so Conestoga I will suggest. But, confirm with them, inquire about the companies they have opportunities with, what kind of co-op learning will they provide, etc.

This probably is something you have to figure it out based on your career plans and personal choices. Depends what kind of job you want to do, what type of experience you had, in which field, etc. You can probably apply for an MBA. If you want to get into research or academics side you can do MS. PG Diploma courses are also good and are job ready. You have to make some comparison and decide what is best for you. If you want to apply for PR, you should probably contact an immigration officer or check country specific immigration websites and learn about the jobs in demand. If your qualification matches with the skilled labour
