To apply for MBA, you must take the GMAT and have a considerable amount of work experience. A minimum of 2 years is required with exceptional leadership skills. Be aware that only these will not get you into Harvard, high academic records, extracurricular activities, outstanding MBA essays and LORs will also define your application. Take a look at the Harvard's MBA website, check the profiles they admit and prepare accordingly.

Hi,
Decide where you want to study. Abroad is a generic term. Different countries have different requirements and different deadlines and intakes. Depending on where you want to study you have to prepare for entrance exams like SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. The application process must ideally start a year ahead of the intakes. Start researching on these factors first, visit university websites, email them for queries and prepare accordingly. See here:

You have to check with some colleges directly. Please email them. Since it is not a conventional stream you may have to undergo some foundation or bridge course depending on what you want to study and the college's admission rules.

It would require a very strong profile from your end to gain admissions in Germany. Also because your work experience was in a different field it will be challenging now. Relevant publications, patents, high quality projects in addition to having an outstanding academic profile is a must. You are advised to get in touch with DAAD officials before you apply. Here is the website:

Requirements include excellent academic grades, extracurricular activities, significant work experience with demonstration of leadership skills, managerial skills, a very high GMAT score and so on. On the whole, these B-Schools will prefer an all-rounder. For more details, you should be checking their websites. Check the class profiles and build your profile accordingly.

It's very good to see your dream of doing graduation abroad. But, unfortunately, Diploma is not regarded as equivalent to class 12th and all the courses for graduation can only be done after completing class 12th. Hence, I am afraid, you may have to do graduation here and then go abroad for your PG.
