You may, depending on how much you have scored in your 12th. Your IELTS score may be accepted depending on the university's admission requirement, you may be offered a pathway course too again depending on the university and also on your profile. You have to check the entry requirements on the university websites or mention your grades for better guidance.

Engineering courses mean that you must have a very good base in Physics and Maths so you must study very hard and make sure you have a very good percentage in class 12th board exams. You must take the SAT if you are applying to the USA. International applicants must also take the IELTS or TOEFL.

You need to be a Canadian citizen but first, you must clear the medical exams by the Canadian Council, it is a two-stage exam to pass. It is very difficult too. You will be eligible to pursue PG and practice only if you pass the exam.

The method you are applying to search for top universities is not correct, no university will give you admission on basis of your IELTS scores alone. You must check your academic percentage and also you did not tell what you want to study. The best thing is to first decide what you want to study and share more information. Also, if you have an idea where you want to study please share it too.

You may get if your class 12th percentage is very good. Many colleges offer pathway programs in English, you must complete such a course if you don't meet the English language requirements. You have to contact the colleges and check all these since it depends on the college solely.

First, check if it is required or not. You can also submit documents like Matric Admit card or Pan Card, etc., for DOB proof. And if you are submitting your birth certificate then yes you must get it translated in English. It's common sense. They won't accept Hindi transcripts.

You can, but you must be willing to take up a Ph.D since the MS will eventually lead to a Ph.D and they also admit students who want to be potential researchers. You must check the MIT website for the complete details. Certain pre-requisite courses, GRE, etc., must be taken.
