I think I already answered a query of yours. There is no bigger proof than a passport and you will need a passport when travelling abroad. If you have a passport then why do you need a birth certificate? The passport serves as the identity card and also a proof of birth. Also, ask yourself why will the adhaar card be required outside India? It is for records here not abroad.

I would straightaway recommend you to apply to Australian universities since mining is the biggest sector. Please check for relevant courses in Curtin University, UNSW, Monash University, Charles Stuart University and a number of colleges and TAFE institutes.

IGNOU degrees are recognized abroad but you may need to get through a WES evaluation before applying. WES is an organization which evaluates the degree and checks its equivalency with the education requirements of the country you want to apply to. You should first get in touch with some universities and see the requirements.

Hi Samad,
MS and MBA courses are available wherein you can specialize in Marketing. Short term courses as such are not so common in US universities. You will find a number of PG Diploma courses in Marketing in Canada. For options see this:

You will get many options. If you are planning to apply to a US university then many universities will be there but 1270 is not a high score for a top ranked university unless you have a strong application package. You can go through university websites, check the requirements, deadlines and apply early. Many students with this score range get into universities because their extracurricular activities, LORs, SOP, etc., are very good. So, prepare and apply.
