In these countries, population is decreasing and as a result seats are lying vacant in colleges. This has forced them to accept students from other countries. Thus chances are quite bright to get admission for undergraduate course in these countries.

You have not mentioned admission in undergraduate or PG course after you finish graduation in India. Scholarships are not the way of life in USA. Work while you learn is the norm. There will be plenty of opportunities for this.

Unfortunately I have not understood your question. You are already doing Mechanical Engineering but are desirous to know about marine engineering? India has some of the best Institutions for marine Engineering.

Of course you have got quite less score. See, if there are more students who wish to join a particular Institute, obviously cutoff will rise. If less students apply then cut off too gets lowered. I feel you need to select Institute which attracts less students for better chance of getting admission.

If you are really interested in gaining knowledge, then nothing beats IIT Roorkee for expertise in civil engineering. Of course but if you want to go abroad, US would be the best.

Yes, Sweden indeed accepts students from abroad. But every Institute has it's own rules and regulations. Therefore you are advised to contact prospective Institutions to know details.

GATE is aptitude test for getting admission to PG courses in engineering in India. It has nothing to do for getting admission in Institutions abroad.

I can appreciate your eagerness and dream of studying psychology in Australia. But normally PG in any subject is allowed if you have studied the same subject at undergraduate level. In your case engineering in computer science can not be considered as part of psychology. Hence I feel it would not be possible. However you can check with your prospective Institutions.
