Both private and government-owned Salem law colleges are affordable to moderate in fees. Also, the institutes may not have hostel facilities, but there are plenty of affordable options to stay outside the campuses. Overall, Salem for law education can be highly affordable when you compare other law colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Choosing a private or government college for legal education in Salem will depend on your career and academic goals. If you are thinking about pursuing LLM in Salem, Central Law College is a private law college that provides two specialisations. The Government Law College in Salem does not have an LLM degree, but has BA LLB and LLB.
