Educational qualification depends on what kind of teacher you want to become. For teaching at the high school level, you should be a graduate with B.Ed degree and CTET and STET papers cleared. To teach at the secondary level, you should be a postgraduate and complete B.Ed.

Eligibility Criteria
10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths is mandatory for admission into the graduation program of Chemical Engineering.
Entrance Exams are conducted for admission into B.E. or B.Tech.
A diploma in Chemical engineering gives the candidate a position of junior engineer and the course can be taken up after Class 10.
M.Tech can be pursued after completion of B.E. or B.Tech.
One can also pursue PhD after completion of postgraduate studies, and can take up a job as a lecturer and in due time can become a professor. However, to reach the post of a professor requires immense experience and teaching hours.

Hello Charan,
After you have to complete your Masters course with reputed college of India and then, you can get job as a professor in IIT. After doing PhD, chances of job in IIT increase to double.

You must go for CSIR NET Exam.
CSIR (Council of Scientific & Industrial Research) is a premier national R&D organisation which conducts CSIR UGC NET Exam. Its a national level entrance examination which includes the fields like, Life Science, Physical Science, Mathematical Science, Chemical Science and others.
To appear in this exam, you must full fill the eligibility criteria of CSIR.
