As you want to build your career in teaching line, then you can go for BTC or BEd. You can take admission in B.Ed on the basis of your post graduation marks. NTT is applicable for nursery classes only. After B.Ed, you can teach classes up to 10+2. In UP, B.Ed entrance examination form is available from 10 Feb 2016. You can apply.

If you want to teach Chemistry, Zoology, Biotechnology as a lecturer, then you may opt for this course in your graduation.

If you want to join as faculty in an university you are required to compete PhD and clear NET exam. You will start as lecture and reach to level of Professor with experience.

It depends up on your experience.

You have to opt between Botany and Zoology, or both, depending on the University to which you belong. The selection of a subject is mainly on individual consideration. Then only, you perform better in Research and Publications. Then, you have to study with a sense of responsibility.

It is to be known that it is steady work for a long time to come. It needs you to study well and research and make publications in reputed journals.
