to appear for UGC NET in Sociology the candidate should follow the following eligibility criteria as per the gudelines issued by the authority .

Candidates holding foreign degrees, diplomas, or certificates, or post-graduate diplomas from Indian universities or institutes, should, in their own best interests, find out from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, whether their diplomas, degrees, or certificates are equivalent to master's degrees from accredited Indian universities.
A post-graduate degree in a relevant field, such as electronic science, humanities, computer Science & applications, social science, etc., from a college or university recognised by the UGC is required of candidates.

and since you fulfill the above requirements hence you can appear in the exam positively.

The eligibility for M. Voc or master's in vocational is 10+ 2+ 3. Or having a bachelor's degree in vocation. Masters in vocation is a 2 year course and requires 5 Lacs approximately. 

Candidates who wish to appear for the UGC NET exam must have a master's degree or its equivalent from a recognised university with at least 55% marks. However, As per UGC NET Eligibility, the minimum percentage required for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates is 50%.

Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. are eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam conducted by NTA.
