After clearing UPTET Exam, you are eligible to become a government teacher, and also you can apply for vacancies released by different schools. If you want to become a teacher at the primary level which means nursery to 5 class then you need to clear paper 1 and if you want to become a teacher at the junior level which means 6 to 8 class then you need to clear paper 2. The UPTET exam is held for two papers I. e. paper 1 and paper 2. If you want to teach Classes 1 to class 8 need to clear both papers.
