There is no minimum cut off for B.Ed at D.C. Jain college of education and also not specified about the exams accepted but the number of seats are 100 per batch so we can say that admission will be on the basis of merit of the graduation score or there can be any entrance test but till now no test related information is updated by the college.

As per the official website of the college Uttaran college of Education they have specified that the seats are very limited which counts 50 per batch and the admission is on the basis of entrance examination and the score is categorized in merit list then the higher score students are selected for the admission.

As per research there is no cut off specified by the college for B.Ed course the minimum eligibility is graduation require so i think that admission will be given as per the merit score in graduation so you can apply for it as the seats are of larger number you can get a chance for admission easily.
Thanks for asking question here.

Sorry to say that I can't get to your question please describe the college name which you are saying as the special education college but I can say that applying for BEd in top college is as per the merit of graduation score or the entrance tests score.
If you want to get any information about a specific collge so please ask your question again with the college name.
