Hope you doing well. I would like to say that if you apply through CAP round then you will get a scholarship as you already know. If you want to go without cap round then you are not eligible for the scholarship. If you want to apply without cap round then there is only one way you can apply i.e. management quota where you have to pay a huge donation as well as college fee.

CET is a comprehensive test designed for 10+2 qualified candidates with objective questions on general english, quantitative aptitude, general knowledge and mental ability. 15% seats are reserved for NRI / Management sponsored candidates.
