If you wanted to pursue the course in Tamil Nadu, you can choose deemed to be university or through management quota some TNEA affiliated colleges accept JEE Main for their management quota.

It's very good that you are aiming for government engineering colleges because the degrees of government colleges are more of value in the market. In Tamil Nadu you just need board's marks for a good college, not the entrance.

Hello Ravi,
The amount to be paid varies from one college to another. You may contact the admin of the college for the payment that you need to make. Generally, the fees would be lesser than management quota seats in case of private colleges.

Yes, the students are admitted to AU. NIOS provides Sr. Secondary Certificate that is considered equivalent to 10+2 all over India. So, if you are seeking admission in Bachelor course, then you are eligible.
