With this score, if you belong to SC, ST, etc. only then you may get a good college. Your chances are really low to get a decent or a good college.
You may refer the link for the 2016 cut off marks:

All the top colleges like MIT, PSG, SSN, etc. don't belong to general (OC) category. If you do so then you might not get PSG, but you can get SSN and MIT.

Yes, if you are a native of Tamil Nadu, then you are eligible to apply for TNEA counselling but you need to submit a Nativity certificate.

Your cut-off is not bad in 12th board exams but admission in Anna University and its affiliated colleges depend on your category as well.

There is still no official information about the counselling dates. As the results of NEET exam has delayed, the counselling dates may be late.
The previous information as per the Anna university admin was, the counselling starts from June 27 and the rank list will be released on June 22.
So if the NEET results come early, then we may expect the dates to remain the same.

No, SASTRA University does not come under TNEA counselling (Anna University's counselling). You need to apply separately for SASTRA and the applications have been closed and the counselling has been started at SASTRA University.
SSN College of Engineering comes under TNEA Anna University counselling. The seats are filled at SSN in 2 ways. 65% by Anna University counselling and 35% by management quota.
For management quota you need to get the form separately and clear an entrance test (aptitude test).
