As per my opinion and my knowledge for applying for the post professor lecturer without completing Ph.D after qualifying UGC NET, you are not eligible as their rules have been changed after 2016, as you must have a Ph.D degree 4 and lecturer, but yes you can apply for assistant professor, if you enroll yourself for Ph.D. and have qualified your UGC NET.

No, you can't. Candidates who have Masters degree or are in the qualifying year of the post-graduation can apply for the UGC NET exam. You will get the complete information related to NTA UGC NET from - https://examsroot.wordpress.com/2018/09/11/nta-ugc-net-2018-know-all-about-the-exam/ must check. You have to score minimum 55% aggregate (for general) marks in Masters. Reserved category students get the 5% relaxation in aggregate marks. There is age criteria to apply for Assistant Professor. You can definitely appear for the UGC NET Exam in HR and Management Subject. The UGC NET Exam is conducted every year and several candidates apply for this exam from different subjects. The UGC NET Exam is conducted twice in a year. The Exam of June is over and the results is announced, now it is time for UGC NET Exam to be conducted in December. To appear in the UGC NET Exam you need to complete Masters programme in the HR with at least 55 % marks. There is no age limit to appear in the UGC NET-https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam Exam. If you clear the JRF Exam you can also avail the Scholarships worth INR 25000 per month

The UGC NET Exam is going to be conducted in the month of December and the exam date is 9 to 23 December. While doing preparations you can keep some points in mind. UGC NET Exam is going to be conducted in the month of December and the exam dates has been announced. Also there is a change in the Exam pattern of the UGC NET Exam. The National Eligibility test would be conducted in two phases- UGC NET Paper 1 and Paper 2. The Paper 1 is based on the General Aptitude test whereas the Paper 2 UGC NET Syllabus-https://scoop.eduncle.com/ugc-net-syllabus is based on the subject you have completed the Masters programme. In previous year exams the Paper was conducted in three phases UGC NET Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3. But now the exam pattern has been changed.
