The NET exam is conducted for the determination of the applicants for the university level assistant professor and junior research professor. The eligibility for the NET exam is post graduation from the recognised university with 55% marks. The age of the candidates must be below 30 years for the JRF while there is no age limit for the assistant professor. Hello, UGC NET Exam is conducted for the Students from the Arts, Commerce and Humanities Stream. While to appear in the Chemistry you must prepare and appear in the CSIR NET Exam. The NET Exam is held every year. You must secure at least 55% marks in Masters to be eligible for the NET Exam.
