Hello Neel, Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET. You can take NET exam in History subject. But make sure that if you want to apply for the JRF post then your age must not more than 30 years (For General) or 35 Years (For OBC/SC/ST/PwD). For Assistant Professor this criteria is not apply.

Hello, If your aim is to make career in the lectureship and Research programme the UGC NET (National Eligibility test) is the best career option for you. To appear in the UGC NET Exam there is some eligibility criteria let me explain. The UGC NET Exam is conducted for the Postgraduation and Masters Students. If you have completed Masters with atleast 55 % marks you can appear in the National Eligibility test. There is no age limit in the NET Exam but to avail the Scholarship the age limit is 30 years (35 years for the female and reserved candidates). Hello Devanand, Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET women studies because you have the PG Diploma in women studies. But you should have minimum 55% (For General) or 50% (For OBC/SC/ST) aggregate marks in Diploma according to NET exam guidelines. So first check it out your eligibility whether you are eligible or not and then apply. You will get the complete details related to the UGC NET exam.

Hello, The UGC NET Exam dates for filling the Application form was from 1st Sep to 30th Sep 2018. The UGC NET Exam is in the month of December and the Exam dates is expected 9th to 23 December. The National Eligibility Test is conducted every year and you can easily prepare for the UGC NET Exam with the right strategy. Well the Next UGC NET Exam is to be conducted in the Month of June 2019. You can apply in the National Eligibility Test if you have completed Masters in the Subject with more than 55 % marks. There is no age limit to appear in the NET Exam. Any one completed Masters can apply for lectureship through the UGC NET Score car
