Hello Sareeka,
As per the official notification, candidates who are going to appear in UGC NET Examination must possess the post-graduation degree from the recognised university with minimum 55% marks. The marks will be calculated overall including the all the semester's marks. Previously CBSE was the conducting agency of the UGC NET exam. From December 2018 the National Testing Agency also known as NTA will conduct the exam twice a year. Yes, anyone who has Master's degree with atleast 55% marks is eligible for NET Exam. But you should choose the subject wisely for exam.

Hello Lily,
According to your educational qualification, you can apply for UGC NET Commerce and UGC NET Management. These two subjects are suitable for you. But make sure that you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in your post-graduation. And yes, you can apply for JRF exam, according to the NET exam guidelines female candidates will get the 5 years' age relaxation. Books for UGC NET Management exam -

Yes, you are eligible to become a professor. After qualifying, you can apply for posts of assistant professor in higher level educational institutions. If you qualifies JRF, then you are eligible to pursue research and apply for the post of JRF in higher level educational institutions. All the best.

There is no negative marking in the UGC NET exam.
However, you need to be a JRF Qualified for doing PhD through Fellowship.from UGC
