Yes, of course. Anyone who has Master's degree with UGC recognised University or any lther equivalent institute like AICTE etc. may apply for NET.

The candidate who has secured at least 55%marks in their master's degree is eligible for the test. For (Sc/OBC/ST/PWD) at least 50% in their Master's degree are eligible.

You can do a part time Master's courses. If your graduation background is B.Com, you can do a part time M.Com and later on you can apply for UGC.

Yes, you can apply for UGC NET Exam. To apply for the NET exam you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters' if you belong to the general category or if you from OBC/SC/ST/PWD category then you should have minimum 50 % aggregate percentage. As per the latest notification, the official website of CBSE UGC NET Exam will begin the online application submission from 6th March 2018.

Hi,
You can apply for UGC NET exam. Even your admit card will be issue and you can attend that exam too. But you can't claim your certificate. This can only give you an experience only. You should be post graduate or in the last semester of post graduation for eligibility ofnet exam clearing certificate.
