M.Sc admissions are very tough, though grade wise you are good to go with your backlogs will not be easily accepted. Also, check with the university if 70% is okay as for few programs more than 75 % is required. Admissions overall will depend on your profile, SOP and recommendation letters.
Good luck.

Your CGPA is on the lower side and will be difficult for any MS course, M.Eng is anyway a tough program. You can apply with a good SOP and LORs or perhaps apply after gaining some work experience and research work.

The university requires an applicant to have B+ grade, which should be more than 75%. You can calculate your GPA equivalency. There are many tools online or check with the university before applying. In Alberta, B grade implies 65% to 79%.

Your CGPA is average as the top ranked would require more than 8.0. The admission will also depend on your LORs, SOP, research inclination, publication work, etc.
You can consider:
1. Ryerson University.
2. Dalhousie University.
3. Simon Fraser.
