Hi Prabhjeet,
University of Alberta falls under top 10 universities in Canada. To get admission in this universities your academic scores should be high, 70 and/or above. IELTS should be 7 bands. Cherry on top would be your work experience.

It will be difficult to choose between two, they are almost equally good. You can compare the research activities and career support of each. McGill university overall has higher ranking than Alberta.

Hi Jaskaran, your CGPA is good but check with the university for acceptance of your three year degree course. You may also have to take the GRE since they recommend GRE scores for international applicants.

Hi Ratik,
Generally, they require a CGPA of 3 out of 4 scale which is B grade which is again around 75 to 80%. You have to check the program specific entry criteria on the website.
