The university requires an applicant to have B+ grade, which should be more than 75%. You can calculate your GPA equivalency. There are many tools online or check with the university before applying. In Alberta, B grade implies 65% to 79%.

Your CGPA is average as the top ranked would require more than 8.0. The admission will also depend on your LORs, SOP, research inclination, publication work, etc.

Both, Canadian and international students are eligible for Vanier scholarships. To be eligible, however you must be nominated by a Canadian University or be a full time student into a Masters or Ph.D or post-doctoral program. Excellent academic record and research orientation would be required.
