Hi Deepanshu, admission is possible and many students change to computer Science after ECE. However, you must always check with the university. Please first write to them. Admissions will also depend a lot on how you explain the University of your Change, ask yourself why you want to study CS. What are your career goals after Masters? Do you have some relevant knowledge and skills in CS.? Are you interested in software or hardware, a lot of questions basically?
