WPI Business School admission requirements for Master’s in Financial Technology (FinTech) are given below:

• Transcripts for all post-secondary colleges or universities
• Resume
• Statement of Purpose
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• USD 70 application fee
• GMAT / GRE scores are not required

Note: The applicants are required to have at least one prior college-level Statistics and Finance / Accounting preparation course

WPI – The Business School MS BA programme is a 33-credit hours program. WPI Business School admission requirements for MSBA course:

• A bachelor’s degree with a Grade B or better and GPA > 3.0
• For international students, the Business Masters programme require a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 90 / IELTS score of 7 minimum sub-score of 6.5 / Duolingo score of 115

The applications at WPI – The Business School will move forward for review after the submission of the application materials. Each completed application is reviewed by the academic department. In the case of graduate courses, the admission decisions may take 6-8 weeks from the time that the application is marked complete. Once a decision has been made to the graduate course application, the applicants are going to receive the login to the application status page and view the decision letter.

According to U.S. News & World Report, WPI Business School acceptance rate is 65%. This means that out of 100 applicants, 65 get accepted. The acceptance rate also justifies that WPI – Business School is moderately selective at the time of admission. So, to improve the chances of getting admission, the applicants must aim to meet all the entry requirements. For undergraduate business programme admission, the applicants must have high school qualification for master’s programs, the applicants must have a bachelor’s degree.

According to official authority, GRE test scores are not required. But as per the details given on the official website, several WPI require or strongly recommend the GRE. It is advised to check the application requirements page to know if the test is needed or not. As such, there is no minimum GRE score is required, but the average for admitted students is generally 150 in Verbal, 165 in Quantitative, and 3.0 Analytical.
