Yes, Indian students can find part-time jobs in London, but I wouldn't call it “easy” anymore like people used to say a few years ago.
London has a huge job market, so opportunities are definitely there in:
- Restaurants & cafés
- Retail stores
- Delivery apps
- Hotels
- Warehouse work
- University campus jobs
But the reality is competition is very high now because thousands of international students are searching for the same jobs.
From what I've seen, students who usually get jobs faster are the ones who:
- Speak confident English
- Apply before arriving
- Have a proper UK-style CV
- Are flexible with evening/weekend shifts
- Don't depend only on central London jo

Coventry Uni is situated in the heart of Coventry, UK. If students are travelling by car, London is around 2 hours far from Coventry Uni. From Heathrow Airport, if students want to reach Coventry Uni, it would take 2.5 hours from train. The cost for train would be around GBP 45 - GBP 50 (Around INR 5.7k - INR 6.3k).

For safety, access to university resources, and ease of making friends, living in university halls is usually better for 1st year Indian students in London.
Private rentals can be taken during later years. These can be more affordable (if shared), and offer better freedom to Indian students.
