The University of South Dakota has two campuses; Vermillion and Sioux Falls. Vermillion is the main campus of the university. The Sioux Falls campus of USD was founded to cater growing needs of South Dakota’s the largest and the fastest-growing communities. USD main campus in Vermillion encompasses 274 acres of land along the Missouri River in southeast South Dakota.

Besides, applicants can also apply directly through South Dakota University's application portal. However, international students should check the minimum eligibility and deadlines before applying for the University of South Dakota.
