It's an online process. Documents like your domicile certificate, medical certificates, category certificate, rank card, your 10+2 marksheet and 10th marksheet too will be required.

First of all, to be registered on the UPSEE portal for counselling, scan a copy of the document uploaded and pay counselling fees through Net Banking /Debit Card. Then go to the counselling center for document verification. After that, you will find one time password and then open choice filling and then lock your choice. After choice lock, will be announced seat allotment result. Then go to allotted college with all documents along with allotment letter. Take a form of freeze/float. Admit card, UPSEE result, domicile, Income certificate, Caste certificate, class 10th, class 12th mark sheet and certificate, rural weightage certificate, medical certificate, character certificate, photocopy of all document, which are applicable for you.

The counseling fee for UPTU is Rs. 20,000 for General /OBC, and Rs.12000 for SC/ST.

Yes, it is refundable. But 2000 rupees deducted every round if you participated. Threes options are available i.e. freeze, float and withdrawal.
