You should carry following documents when you are going to attend UPSEE Counselling:-
1: UPSEE 2016 Admit Card
2: UPSEE 2016 Counselling Letter
3: Class 12 Marks Sheet
4: Rural Weightage Certificate (in case you applied for it)
5: State Domicile and Category/Reservation Certificates, etc.
6: Bank Draft: Counselling Fee which is non-refundable

No, you are not needed to register in every round but every time you have to choose your option college and you have to pay first the registration fee if you are not getting any college then your registration fee will be refunded.

No, UPSEE marks are valid for just one year. That is, only for the year of examination. UPSEE do not allow previous years ranks or score .You have to use this year's marks.

You have not mentioned about what error you are having. In both these cases, window will open for editing in case you have made error in filling up online form.

Yes. There are few seatsin every branch for direct admissions. You can apply for direct admission through your intermediate marks and merit basis. Some seats are also reserved for JEE MAINS candidates.

Himanshu, if your ranks are not letting you take admission in your preferred branch go for admission in some good private university where you can get admission on basis of your marks too.
These days we have so many good private universities which offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
Check the websites of some good universities or call on their toll free no.s for more details.
